Greenway Park, Beckley Point — Block 4

TCS delivered the external envelope package for Block 4 at Greenway Park, Beckley Point, Reading. The scope covered SFS framing, sheathing, EPDM detailing, and a full façade substructure including breather membranes, brackets, insulation, and vertical rails. Faceted 3mm powder-coated aluminium panels, fascia, decking and supports, cladding panels and cappings were integrated alongside Kawneer curtain walling, Q Rail glass faceted balustrades, balcony privacy screens, and Hardie faceted soffits to achieve a coordinated, high-quality façade solution.
