Greenway Park, Beckley Point — Block 1

TCS delivered the external envelope package for Block 1 at Greenway Park, Beckley Point, Reading. Works included SFS framing, sheathing, EPDM detailing, and a full façade substructure build-up with breather membranes, brackets, insulation, and vertical rails. The elevations were completed using 3mm powder-coated aluminium panels, fascia, decking and supports, cladding panels, cappings, and Hardie soffits with sub-grid to achieve a robust, weather-tight finish.
