Stean Street, London

TCS delivered a coordinated external envelope package for the Stean Street new-build development in London. Works included SFS framing, sheathing board, and EPDM detailing, along with window integration. The façade incorporated composite panels and Veio zinc supported by a full substructure build-up with brackets, insulation, and vertical rails, alongside a Mechslip brick façade system to achieve a durable, compliant finish.
